Supplying the NWDA

When we procure goods and services, our objective is to ensure the most suitable supplier is selected.

The most suitable supplier is the one who is technically and commercially capable, financially sound, keenest to obtain and agree a contract on best value for money terms and who will execute it efficiently.

The Agency is obliged to comply with national and EC legal requirements, in particular that in selecting the most suitable supplier there is no discrimination on the grounds of nationality - directly or indirectly - and that no measures restrict the free movement of goods or services.
